Public records are received, processed, and are available for inspection in our office Monday through Thursday from 8 am- 3:30 pm

Please fill out your request thoroughly. We will need to be able to contact you in writing. Please make sure all printing is legible.

A letter will be mailed to you via USPS or E-mail within five (5) business days upon receipt of your request.
